Caustic soda is naturally formed as a byproduct during chlorine manufacturing. By chemical principles, roughly 1,100 kg of caustic soda and 28 kg of hydrogen gas are generated alongside every tonne of chlorine produced. Its official chemical name is sodium hydroxide, widely recognized across global industrial markets.
